鎌倉を代表する名刹・円覚寺にて、禅の精神と文化を体感できる特別なプログラムです。普段は非公開の国宝・舎利殿を、僧侶の案内で特別に拝観。僧侶たちが修行する神聖な空間に足を踏み入れ、禅の奥深い世界に触れる貴重な機会です。

拝観後は、伝統的な僧堂にて、英語対応の僧侶による禅の思想解説と坐禅体験を行います。坐禅の後には、僧侶が日々いただく簡素で滋味深い精進粥　「粥座」をお楽しみいただきます。

禅の教えと日常に触れながら、鎌倉の聖地で心静かに過ごすひとときをお届けします。
