The Enoshima Electric Railway, known as the "Enoden," was born on September 1, 1902 with the opening of the section from Fujisawa to Katase. Over one hundred years have passed, and the Enoden has gone through many changes to become the railway that it is today - one that is beloved by people living along the line, and those coming from farther away as well.

The entire length of the line, from Fujisawa to Kamakura, is ten kilometers. It takes thirty-four minutes to travel the total distance, which includes mountains, rivers, the ocean, tunnels, and roads. Enjoy a blend of the traditional and the new in the old capital of Kamakura, Shonan Fujisawa, and Enoshima. We can't wait for you to visit!
