Three Rock Formation
Manazuru Town, Ashigara-Shimogun, Kanagawa Prefecture
The Three Rock Formation, situated at the tip of Manazuru Cape, consists of three large rocks peeking up from the ocean at the end of the reef that stretches approximately 200 m from the shore. Because they resemble a "kasa" (bamboo hat), they are also known as "Kasajima Island."

Enoshima

Enoshima Island floating in Sagami Bay looks just like a painting. On the island, which has a circumference of 4 km, is Enoshima Shrine (one of Japan's three largest shrines to Benzaiten) as well as many historical landmarks and legends. A botanical garden and observation tower stand on the summit, and caves eroded by the waves over many years are open to the public.
